Try it before you buy

The first 15 challenges are free and you don't need an account or a card to do them. They use the same lessons and code editor as the rest of the course, so work through them first and make sure it's for you before paying.

No change-of-mind refunds

Because the full course unlocks as soon as you pay, we don't give refunds if you change your mind, decide it isn't for you, or stop using it.

Your Australian Consumer Law rights

Our services come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and this policy doesn't limit them. If there's a major problem, for example the course is significantly different from what we described or doesn't do what we said it would, you're entitled to a refund or compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss. For a minor problem, we may fix it instead.

If something's wrong

Email support@ttlibrary.com from the address on your account, with your purchase date and what's wrong. We'll reply within 2 business days. If a refund is due it goes back to the card you paid with and usually shows up in 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
